Refund policy
Product Returns
If more than 14 days have passed since you received your product, unfortunately we cannot offer a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
When processing a return, we may ask you to provide an invoice or other proof of purchase, as well as your email address and order number.
Important
The returned product must be in its original packaging.
The product must not be damaged by the Buyer.
The product must not have lost its commercial appearance. Labels, protective films, and other original elements must not be damaged or removed.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you whether your return has been approved. Depending on the condition of the product, we may issue a full refund, a partial refund, or reject the return.
If the product is returned within 14 days of delivery, is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, we will refund the full amount paid within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account. If the refund is still not visible, contact us at info@coloravera.com.
Refunds are usually returned to the Buyer’s account within 5 to 10 business days, although in some cases bank processing may take longer.
Product Exchanges
We only replace products if they are damaged, defective, or faulty. If you would like to exchange a product for another item of the same value, please contact us at info@coloravera.com.
Shipping
If you would like to return a product, please contact us at info@coloravera.com, and we will provide you with return instructions.
We cover the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a shipping method with tracking. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package if it is sent without a reliable delivery service.
